Pete Seoane

Dr. Peter Seoane has over 40 years of experience in the biomedical space, ranging from bench science to program leadership. His experience in academia and industry spans a broad range of categories including therapeutics for oncology, pain, inflammatory disorders and cardiovascular disease; injectable diagnostic imaging products and orthopedic medical devices. Dr. Seoane’s efforts have resulted in the filing of several IND’s and the registration of Teslascan® in the United States. After 12 years in large pharma, he co founded Eagle Vision Pharmaceutical Corp. and served as its Vice President of Research and Development. During his time with Eagle Vision, Dr. Seoane had primary responsibility for all scientific matters, played a pivotal role in Business Development and Regulatory Affairs, and served as an independent consultant to the pharmaceutical industry. Following a 4-year tenure as the Industrial Liaison Officer for the NSF Engineering Research Center for Revolutionizing Metallic Biomaterials headquartered at North Carolina A&T State University, Dr. Seoane founded One-Bucket Solutions LLC; a company focused on helping academic and small business clients bring focus to their efforts by defining a single valuable goal and designing a development program to reach it. Dr. Seoane’s community service activities include serving as President of the all-volunteer entrepreneurial support group, VentuRealization. Throughout his career, Pete has focused on problem solving at the interface between business and science and specifically delivering commercially valuable solutions that address well-defined customer needs. His successes have been achieved by leading, mentoring and motivating multidisciplinary teams to maximal performance by promoting the unique, indispensable contributions of individual team members to overall team success.
