Joe Kozubowski

As a pricing analyst at Allied Van Lines, reinventing every aspect of the business, I mastered business mechanics from the ground up.  I leveraged my entrepreneurial spirit to evolve into the VP of Marketing role for SIRVA (Allied Van Lines and North American Van Lines) $700M Household Goods Division.  I am wired to look at the big picture and reimagine a business into the future, but I was caught up in a very mature industry.

I became an entrepreneur in 2008 when I started a long-distance moving division for 1-800-Pack-Rat during the worst recession in history. I started a journey and leveraged my entrepreneurial skills and business experience to grow the division from nothing to $32M in less than four years.  I fell in love with the start-up euphoria and wanted to work with other entrepreneurs to help them gain traction in their businesses.

I started a consulting firm to help entrepreneurs get what they want from their businesses to grow and gain traction. I have a real passion for helping entrepreneurs structure their businesses for success. One entrepreneur successfully reorganized his business to grow the number of locations by over 220% (25 to just over 80 locations) over the past five years.

I was introduced to Entrepreneurial Operating System®(EOS®) in late 2021. I saw its impact on a business firsthand, with increased clarity on the company’s vision and instant improvement in the leadership team’s health and functionality.  It also greatly improved their discipline and accountability towards their 90-day Rocks.  I became convinced that becoming an EOS Implementer® would allow me to combine my passion and experience with helping entrepreneurs get what they want from their businesses.

As an EOS Implementer®, I am a coach, trainer and facilitator of leadership teams of Entrepreneurial organizations and help them master the EOS tools and disciplines to run a better business and live a better life.
