Tracy Eames, MPH is the President and Founder of TEAMES & CO, a management consulting firm dedicated to scaling growth stage companies through strategic alignment, organizational design, and customer experience. TEAMES & CO works with each client to develop exceptional teams that are empowered to deliver memorable customer experiences.
From family-owned companies like Tom’s of Maine to global household names like Colgate Palmolive and adidas, Tracy has an exceptional track record for collaborating with cross-functional teams to launch brands, execute go-to-market strategies, and build brand loyalty across global markets.
With a keen interest in the intersection of health and business, Tracy has worked across healthcare and biotech, with companies like Emerson Ecologics and IDEXX Laboratories, where she led large-scale change management initiatives to optimize operational excellence and build cultures of innovation that accelerated growth.
She holds a Master of Business Administration from ESADE Business School and a Master of Public Health in Epidemiology and Biostatistics from Oregon Health & Science University.
Tracy is an ardent advocate for entrepreneurship. She serves on the Board of Directors for the Foundation for Women Liberia, a non-profit dedicated to economic and community development; is a volunteer at Helius, a Durham based non-profit providing business coaching & training for necessity-driven entrepreneurs; and is a past Board Member for the Rotarian Action Group for Community and Economic Development.
She is an active mentor in the North Carolina Start-Up community and outside of the First Flight Venture Navigator program also serves as a VMS mentor for the Council for Economic Development (CED) and the Venture Asheville Elevate Programs.
