Arnaud is a business executive with global experience in the food and manufacturing industries. He brings a strategic mindset, a broad perspective, a focus on execution and a keen interest in people.

A strong advocate for biotech in food, ag and industrials, he now advises startups on strategy and operation.

Until recently, Arnaud was the Novozymes Vice-President in the Americas. In his role, he has transformed the business towards customer solutions and built a robust innovation pipeline. He joined Novozymes in 2016 as Food & Beverages Vice-President in the Americas and EMEA, where he and

his team have tripled organic growth.

Before joining Novozymes, Arnaud worked in Cargill in strategy, product management and commercial roles. Prior to that, he worked for Lafarge in manufacturing and for Rhone Poulenc in research.

Throughout his career, Arnaud has demonstrated a track record of delivering growth, leading high performing and geographically diverse teams and promoting a purpose-driven culture.

Arnaud holds an engineering degree from the ENPC and an MBA with Distinctions from the Kellogg School. He was a Board Member for the American Cleaning Association and for Mindshift (adults with autism).

Born in France, Arnaud has lived in the US since 2000. He has called Chicago, Minneapolis and now Raleigh, NC home, experiencing firsthand the diversity in US climate.
