Matheus Gueratto is an Executive with over 15 years’ experience in Strategy, Innovation Launch, Market Development and Business Management for large multi-national corporations as well as small sized companies. Matheus is known as a strategic, enthusiastic, and passionate leader.

Matheus' multi-cultural experiences have benefited him professionally and personally. He has led global teams with diverse expertise for over a decade, lived in 3 different countries, and speaks 3 languages (English, Spanish and Portuguese). These experiences have helped him connect with people from different backgrounds and cultures.

After having contact with Tourism and Software industries, Matheus graduated in Forestry at the University of Sao Paulo, in Brazil, and started his career in Innovation working at the Pulp and Paper industry while teaching forestry to college students in Brazil as volunteer.

About 10 years ago, he migrated to the Crop and Environmental Science industry and developed his career around Business Strategy, Innovation, Project Management and New Business Development. At multiple corporations, Matheus has contributed to strong global business growth in multiple capacities including leading the launch and growth of new products, business models and the development of new market segments.

Matheus champions customer-centric business management in all the groups in which he takes part. Multiple teams led by him along the last decade have been awarded in their organizations for Customer Centricity and Team Spirit.

Matheus, his wife and 2 kids live in Raleigh, NC, which gives him the opportunity to actively search to advance his mission of supporting Innovation. Matheus is passionate about life sciences and enjoys being in close contact with natural environments, preferentially together with his family.
