First Flight Venture Center is delighted to host lunchtime programs, "Itineraries" that offer a chance for members of the First Flight community and broader innovation ecosystem to learn about the work of early-stage science-focused companies, network and have some fun at the same time! An Itinerary is ‘a planned route or journey’ and this program gives companies often who are in residence at First Flight a forum in which to share where they are and where they plan to go.

We are thrilled to have Phase Inc. present! Phase is a manufacturing hardware company developing a revolutionary 3D printing technology for microfluidics that create more realistic biological environments.  Phase’s proprietary innovation lies in its ability to 3D print microfluidic models using PDMS, the industry-standard material, in hundreds of layers and with a micro-scale degree of precision. Phase —which  is backed by the NIH and NC Biotech,  and partnering with Harvard Medical School, Georgia Tech, and Virginia Tech — is  a graduate of the 2022 First Flight BARDA WheelsUP Accelerator. The company is headquartered in First Turn Innovations, a Cornelius-based engineering and prototyping business incubator helping entrepreneurs advance their ideas from concept to testing.

THIS IS A HYBRID EVENT. WE WILL BE MEETING IN PERSON IN THE HUTCHISON CONFERENCE ROOM.
