 Greenlight Biosciences, with its plant sciences development division started at First Flight Venture Center in 2017, raised $50 million in funding in 2019. GreenLight Biosciences is the pioneer of a groundbreaking technology for creating large-scale quantities of high performing, natural RNA products to improve the health of people and our planet. The RTP division focuses on discovering and developing targeted, safe, and cost effective biopesticides that attack only the pest – not the plant or beneficial insects.
