First Flight Venture Center’s Captain’s Circle brings together small groups of non-competing entrepreneurs for monthly private discussions with peers, led by a professional facilitator. Structured topics designed to solve problems and share best practices include finance, investments, employee relations, legal considerations, operations, scalability, marketing, and sales.
The Roundtable: Where Visionary Minds Collaborate
At the heart of this program lies a unique opportunity for Founders and CEO’s to come together, share insights, and tackle pressing challenges in a highly confidential environment. The 90-minute monthly sessions are designed to foster an atmosphere of open dialogue, where Founders can explore urgent and important issues facing their business.
Learning Series: Sponsored Lunch and Speaker
Following each Roundtable session, we learn from insightful speakers on a variety of topics important to Founders and CEO’s. The lunches are sponsored by different members of our community that are committed to Founder's success.
Elevating Connections: Dinners with Renown Speakers and Networking
Prominent speakers will reveal their journey and engage in discussions, while we enjoy a lovely meal to forge deeper connections with the Founders and CEOs in a more informal setting.
