In anticipation, CertiRx developed TraxSecur™, an ultra-high security mark delivered at the same time and at no appreciable additional cost beyond those associated with product serialization. TraxSecur™ enables cell phone camera-based product authentication scans that reduce costs of supply chain monitoring by making counterfeits, gray market, and stolen product easy to detect or deter. Among TraxSecur™’s near term applications is authentication of products returned for credit. Savings generated from reduction of returns fraud or clerical errors can significantly offset the costs of serialization. Longer term, TraxSecur™ capabilities can be leveraged to engage patients in discussions about product performance, yet avoid privacy and data security concerns.
CertiRx will be in Booth #1267 at INTERPHEX in the Javits Center in New York City, April 21-23. We will demo two new product configurations: TraxSecur-PRO, the full featured add-on to track and trace serialization, and TraxSecur-DC, a standalone data-carrying security mark. Please plan on meeting with us or encourage the most appropriate individual in your organization to do so. Otherwise, contact me to learn more about combining serialization with authentication to deliver tangible business benefits.
